Stability Push Up Bars

Adding to our Fundamental product range are the Stability Push Up Bars.

These bars are unique to us and offer a range of benefits, similar to standard push up bars with the addition of the need to stabilise them in order to perform the rep. Using them will provide the many benefits standard bars do with the addition of them being more challenging given their focus on the forearm & grip during the exercise.
